DealKeep — LTD tracker and refund manager
Tool Overview
Our Take on DealKeep
DealKeep fills a gap that no marketplace fills for itself: a single view of everything you have bought, across every platform, with per-deal refund windows counted down in real time. The Chrome extension imports an entire AppSumo order history in roughly 30 seconds, and AI auto-tagging means you can search by intent rather than by brand name you have already forgotten.
The main caveat is that this is a young, solo-founder product. External reviews are thin, the update-tracking feature is still in beta, and BYOK is required to use AI features beyond the monthly credit allocation. For buyers with large stacks, those are minor trade-offs.
At $49 for the Starter lifetime tier, catching even one missed refund window pays for the tool. The Pro tier at $99 adds Founder Track and unlimited deal tracking, which is the sweet spot for anyone managing more than 100 purchases.

Founder and Company Information
DealKeep was built by Dominique Abbey, a long-time lifetime-deal buyer who got tired of losing money to the three mistakes every AppSumo regular knows: forgetting what you own, missing refund windows, and re-buying tools you already paid for.
After years of managing LTD purchases across AppSumo, StackSocial, PitchGround, and a dozen other marketplaces in spreadsheets, Dominique built DealKeep as the system that should have existed all along. The company is based in Lewisville, Texas and operates as a bootstrapped solo-founder product.
