3 Areas Where Sendspark is Better Than Quickpages
1. Super easy & quick to implement.
Just use the chrome extension or web app to start recording, enter a few sentences, add CTA & you’re ready to share.
The UX is made to be quick & easy. Perfect for sending personalized video outreach at scale. (No automation though)
Doing this on QP is also fast but because there’s more options to activate/ deactivate, more texts to fill up, and more things to decide, it’ll take a longer time.
2. Personalized Thumbnail
Add the logo of the company or upload any image to grab their attention.
Plus captions the entices them to click through.
A thumbnail like this will have a much better click through rate than the rest.They also made it super easy. Just enter the company name, and it automatically pulls the company logo using free Clearbit integration.
3. Workspaces & User limits
SS has workspaces and very generous limits compared to QP.
Say for 2 codes, SS gives 5 workspaces and 6 users per workspace (30 users) whereas QP also gives 3 users.
So why would you need multiple workspaces?
For different brands, or for your clients.
With workspaces, you can help clients do better personalized video outreach and charge them a fee. Perfect for lead gen agencies.
4 Areas Where Quickpages is Better Than Sendspark
1. More Use Cases
More features & flexibility = more use cases. Simple!
2. Send Multiple Videos/ Links; With SS, you can only send 1 video.
But QP allows you to record and display multiple videos.
You can even pull videos directly from youtube.
And add images, PDFs, & Links.
The UX is well thought out. When your prospect clicks on the link, it doesn’t bring them to another site.
Rather it opens in a pop-up instead so they stay in the funnel.
QP is ideal for longer pitches or when your product needs more explanation/ demo. E.g. Real Estate agent.
I feel SS is for straightforward outreach where you lead your prospect to the next step of the journey by giving them a video message + CTA.
Whereas in QP, you can have more room to explain and educate your prospect.
3. Invite Prospects to Chat & Reply
Once your prospect opens up the video page, a chat bubble will appear at the bottom inviting them to click and contact you.
Prospects can also click on the phone widget to call your business directly.
SS does not have this, instead you can have a CTA to direct visitors to your desired destination.
4. One-Click Share (more places)
QP allows you to email people right within the platform.
For SS, you have to copy the code, go to your email client, and then paste the code in.
But both apps have a gmail widget that allows you to embed videos without leaving gmail.
Apart from emails, QP also allows you to send SMS to your prospects without leaving the platform.
The video automatically plays as a GIF to capture your prospect’s attention with captions automatically transcribed.
Personal Outreach Aspect
You can send personalized videos directly from WW as well.
But the workflow is meh.
Why? Instead of recording the video first while you have the inspiration, you have to choose your recipient, add the subject line, and set everything up before you record. By the time it’s ready, you might already have lost your train of thought.
And you can only send to one recipient whereas in QP you can send to multiple at once. In SS, you have to move to Gmail first and then add the recipients.
It also doesn’t have a browser extension where you can record & outreach on the fly.
This may be OK for those who plan out their outreach and don’t mind the longer workflow.
While SS & QP is best for outbound lead gen…
WW’s strength lies in inbound lead gen via videos.
Using features such as animated email signatures that stand out from other emails and invites your prospect to click on them.
Or embedding the animated website bubble on certain key pages to capture your prospect’s attention.
All these will help you attract more leads into the funnel.
