I have a digital marketing agency with many clients and I wanted to give this a try cause they offer unlimited ads accounts + unlimited $ spent…
That’s where the mess starts… you have to have all of them at the same place. No sub accounts… nothing. All ads together for all clients you have. I’m lauching aprox 200 ads/month… how am I going to do it with Plai without going crazy?
Everything unlimited… makes no sense when you have no sub accounts.
UI feels old, kinda ugly, at this point. Not so intuitive either. Hope they improve it A LOT…
You can’t make LEAD ADS!! Be aware of this. Couldn’t find it on their roadmap, on the chat they told me Q1 2022. This means you can’t collect lead’s info (email, phone, etc). Most of my campaigns are lead campaigns, as many other agencies so… useless at this point.
This deal… could be good for solo players, but that would mean… why would they want unlimited ads accounts? Furthermore… why would anyone want to stack more codes to have more team members? As an agency owner with employees, I can tell you I would give them access to this cause they will lose tons of time launching ads from Plai.
Sub-accounts are a MUST. Different access for all of them, clients being able to access too only to their own sub account, etc.
At this point, this deal is so far to be good for agencies or people with many clients.

I love the concept, started to use it, and had a few issues:
1. had an errors creating Facebook and youtube ads
2. can’t understand how to edit or delete an existing ad
3. can’t find any help center for my questions and no answer on the chatbox (7-8 hours)
Will be happy to update the review once I get these basic things resolved.

I was referred this promo from a friend and I am amazed at what this can do. I am not tech savvy or ad savvy. I’ve never ran an ad in my life and I just did it in two minutes and it’s live and running. It looks great! The platform was super easy to use and I checked out the mobile app as I only use my phone for business. The mobile app is just as clean as desktop. I will be recommending to all my friends who own businesses – this is a lifesaver and will save thousands. I’ve never wanted to get a marketing agency so glad I stumbled on this!!!

I like the simplicity of this application. Very simple to use and connect with Multiple accounts from facebook, google, youtube and tik toks. What I like the most is the unlimited accounts and spend limit, this feature is very rare on LTDs. Its very easy to convert the Facebook ads created to google ads with just few clicks, really a wonderful time saver. All in all this tools is looks really promising, I’m betting on the founder to improve on this app in the future, since he had worked in Facebook and Google itself.

A product that helps with navigating the advertising platforms, is simplistic, but robust, for newbies and seasoned marketers alike. THIS IS IT!.
IMHO, there is nothing that will compare to them in the near future, if they keep their feet to the fire and stay on it. I have passed a few suggestions to them, and they implemented them overnight. It’s not quite fair to ding these guys right on their launch, here on AppSumo when they are still working out some bugs. Support has been great, and within NORMAL hours, they answer.
How many other advertising related platforms have chat available? Waiting….Waiting….Yeah NONE, that I am aware of.
