User Reviews for KPIBees

I tested the tool and think it has a very huge potential.

It’s fast, simple to use, and the addon has UI, I feel just that the fonts used could be bigger for better readability.

I followed their youtube tutorials to check some extras settings with the XPATH fields and they were clean and super simple to follow.

I tried and worked perfectly these 3 (XML, YOUTUBE, HTMLSCRAPER).

The “beta” (hence not yet FINAL) integration with Google page speed gave me a 500 Error, no matter what, I could not execute the query. But being Beta it is temporary, and for sure will be fixed.

The scheduler part is easy to set up, very basic but helpful to keep things updated and also have a mail alert feature so you’ll be updated for changes.

I am giving 4 stars for these simple reason:

There are 17 integrations coming soon: 13 are “final” and 3 are still BETA (but for example the Youtube one is working flawlessly here), hence I would have given 5 if they had at least the same number of integrations ready.

The webscraper functionality is really great. It gets the data I need and it can be scheduled. Scraping costs a couple of credits (3 for each scrape with under 100 rows scrape results) but I heard that KPIbees is planning to make this deal stackable.

This is a real timesaver for me. Only the webscraping functionality makes it worthwile for me. But I saw that it has a lot of integrations available with which one should be able to make a customized digital marketing dashboard into Google Sheets. And the great part of it that you can make your own calculations in Google Sheets. This is something I will defnitely check out in the future.

Some days ago I was looking for a solution to copy XML files into Google Sheets and I found KPIBees.

It works perfectly and I’m using it in combination with SimpleSpread to create a website for a client so:

👉  XML is always up to date

👉  Thanks to KPIBees the Google Sheet is always up to date

👉  Thanks to SpreadSimple the website is always up to date!

I think it’s an amazing combination.

Also, it can be used for reports (also in combo with Oviond for data that are not directly available) and for Scraping, so it’s a super useful Tool for every person who use Google Sheet!

Don’t be intimidated, its really easy to add to Google Sheets and the tutorials are short and very clear.

Its great just in Sheets but when combined with WP Ninja Tables plugin, WpDatatables, SpreadSsimple or tons of other WordPress plugins which can publish Google Sheets data live to WordPress sites the possibilites are truly endless.

I’m an avid user of Google sheets for tracking our marketing activities, content calendar, SEO etc.

The tedious part has always been updating the number which most of the time required someone in my team to manually input all the data each month.

Some activities were plain simple impossible as they would have required too much data entry and overall work.

Few minutes after playing with KPIBee I’m already in love and managed to get some kick-ass sheets with all my data in sync with our data sources. Can’t wait for them to add more and more connectors to have a unified view of everything!
