Kirim Email provides decent email marketing platform, with neat features such as:
* Email validation and Zombie Email Removal (my favorite)
* Autoresponders
* Broadcasts
* Lists, tags, and segments
* Email automation feature (see bellow)
* Hosted landing pages
* Built in responsive email builder
* Integration with WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Webhook and API support, and many others
* Nice and responsive customer service
* Basic viral contests feature
* VERY generous email credit (top leverage)
* Emails support RTL (Arabic, Urdu, …)
* Transactional emails support
But it’s not perfect. There are some drawbacks which I hope the team fixes
* Email automation is pretty basic. You cannot create sophisticated workflows as in Encharge, or even INBOX. It misses a lot of detailed triggers, actions, and filters
* Email builder is functional, but its UX is terrible! It’s a third party editor called Unlayer (also used by Encharge and INBOX)
* I’m not sure if this is their problem, I over and over to upgrade my registration tier, but I keep getting an error!
* The Account review process takes relatively long (they say ~1 day), through which I was supposed to be able to use many features, but I couldn’t even navigate the dashboard. I guess it’s a bug.
Bottom line, It’s a great deal, I’m putting high hopes on the great team behind it to fix it’s disadvantages. If you’re into internet marketing then you really shouldn’t miss it, specially if you have larger list(s) or an agency.

Not impressed at all with this product. I have very fast internet and yet hour glass pops up every time I click on any feature. Very slow. The API for Sendinblue integration wizard doesn’t work at all. UX/UI layout is fine and intuitive but that’s about it. Will be seeking a refund soon.

I really like the platform very much. After signing up, I have been chatting with their customer support also very helpful. Overall, I feel very good about this service. I have yet to start any campaigns or setup automation but looking at the options on their site, they are a very mature product.
I did notice though that the number of customers is capped to 500K and not unlimited. Hopefully, that is just an error on their system – I did purchase it knowing that there would be unlimited subscribers.
