What’s going on, Sumolings, thank you so much for joining us for another product walk through webinar. I am Lindsay. Today I am joined by the team over at GoodFlow. This is a workflow management tool designed to help teams collaborate more efficiently, automate routine business processes and make data driven decisions. There are so many use cases for this tool before we dove into all of those. I just want to tell you a few quick things to kind of get you comfortable, comfortable here. I’m excited to have you here. I’m going to go ahead and pass this over to you for the walk through when you’re ready to do a short Q&A at the end. Let me know.

OK, thank you. OK, so I’m very glad to join her and swing you guys around that how good works. And we already there in the life and in the debate we got for the last few days, so many questions. And we also understood that what can be the better way to sleep around?
So I just don’t jump in to I will share my screen. I will try to discuss some of the use cases and. The way actually you can create workflows and enhance your business process. OK, so if we can see in in good flow on the path that is in each businesses that we run every day and we have a process that we follow or want even our team members to follow them now with good flow, you can actually not only just create them, you can actually employ them and you can go through them and with all your team members and you can have a very tight compliance if you like to.
And there will be reporting in your fingertips. So we’ll just see how that how if I have to sign up, it will start. So first there is a thing in this workspace settings, so you can always add your members here. OK. You can just go there, you can put there similarly the role they want to and the designations if you already added some of the designations from profile. OK, now, once you add them, they are going to get some links that they have been invited to.
Good flow with your workspace name and they can just sign up and accept your invite and join the. Now, as an admin of a company or your role will be to create workflows, so I will start with a common example of customer feedback. And how we can manage it and let us really dove into all the other different kind of possible, we already have and what you can do in.
So when you’re creating a new workflow, you have the options that you can create them from template, so you already have some predefined templates and we’ll keep updating them. And also, we have the option to start from scratch.
So I’m creating a new workflow here, and whenever you are starting from scratch, you will have a pretty good guide to help you through the basic that at least what are the things you should do to make it good to reuse in your image. So let’s start. We. The primary stage, that is. After the client. Gives us some feedback. It goes into internal evaluation. We can’t even find some color sweet, and you can see that always the first stage concerts on star stage.
Now, we are going to add some more stages based on our workflow, so after evaluation, normally the project manager concept so.
They will be spending on a product manager, and if a product manager seems fit, they can move into production. Or in the development. From development, it can it will go to Distin, this is pretty much the way things happen, both in software, in manufacturing, in some other areas where we are in in the service or the product industry. Now, it can either relieve. And whatever the requests are, there will be always something some of the days where you make the old request now after adding the stages.
Our theme will be that how defining this task inside, so. The task is evaluating the feedback. Now, inside, you can see that in this task inside the stage at any point of time, if we want to change the stage of a task, you can just do it from here, OK? So now I’m going to add the form pages into this task, so the phone means when a work is starting and many of your team members are working on a performance or a workflow, you can you are going to capture the data.
So we are going to capture the data of evaluating the feedback. Now, you can always even edit the tasks, like I can just edit the name from here.
I can define that who can perform these tasks? We have a few options, all those actions to create more compliances as your business requires. So we’ll start with something that what is what can the parody of the feedback that has been provided so defining the priority?
Now, you can also find the colors against its option so that we know we actually have to work in it at a glance, we can understand that, OK, what this work is about, what is the priority and stuff like that. Now we can even feel like internal situations.
So the people can understand and we can mark that these deals are actually required to move to the next stage. And after evaluation, we’ll go into building on project manager so the project manager can have some their own work to do. That is why they’re releasing it or not. So the managers will put their own input here. So and now after we’re adding to some of the tasks, we can actually add tasks in all of the stages. So in this demo, I’m not going inside each digging into them.
So now it is time to actually create the workflow. So from the evaluation stage, it is going to get on the project manager. No manager can do certain things. So what they can do, they can either push into development or they can hold it for now depending on the priority or the internal product roadmap. Now, if it is into the development, what can happen, it can go to hefting. Even after developing some of the time, it happens that either a dependency comes up or we might need to hold it again for some reason so it can either go to the old also from the state and from existing it is normally supposed to release.
Celebrities is actually the. So we can actually mark that this is a global stage, so you can see that no other options would come here. At feedback. Now, what happened is that most of the cases in each of the things that we do, we have option to capture information in our own desert. We suppose if we’re inside leads, we want to form, which will actually help us with full name, email, phone number and stuff like that. Similarly, for different workflow, we always have different different options. So we can also change the form here, we say the introduction form.
So in the introduction form, it will be request summary.
And ridiculous details. The both of the fields and the mountains. Mandatory, we are defining the recorded identifier. It means that we tweet information at a glance, the people will identify that. What is this about, all these pamphlets about? So let’s create. A feedback request. Now, once someone in the team is actually logging that flow. In the evaluation stage, we can define what is the priority. We can define institutions. We have.
And you can see that while we are working here, every activity there, someone in the team is working, it is actually getting logged here. Now, once it is done, we can multitask, has done and will have the option that to what we can and we can find the manager. Now, while this work is going on. We can always understand that this is a journey of the whole perform. So if you come here, you can understand that how it happened.
OK. Now, as the manager, I can put it right now, or I can just find myself. And this task is a deal tomorrow. So the color codes and everything says that it is Delson. Now I can move it to hold. Game. Now, what is happening that in some of the cases, if you earlier saw that some of the ideas out of our work can actually move back and forth between different stages so we can actually, again, go to the same stage.
But the difference here is we can actually capture different different details from the previous one in particular. And you can always see that one data has been captured here at this point of time. And right now, what we can we what we are going to capture. Now, I will try that again a little bit into a different kind of use case and the automation’s according to. So I am going into a party’s request management in our business each and every day, our team members need some of the things and we came to request that I need something.
OK, so you can see that there’s a couple of letters which are already being filled up as investors requests, and I can filter them easily by state. And this week very easily can understand that in early stages, your works are currently at this point of time. Now, if you as an admin, if you go inside a workflow, this is a little bit complex and workflow through that handled by Glaslough, so I will show you some of predefined conditions and stuff we already built here.
So how all of this works that let’s assume that you want a laptop now, item like laptop does not get approved at once by a manager. So even if a manager approves that, it needs to go into a finalities approval. So once finance approves, it actually gives procurement and it just getting delivered. Only if you need something very basic stuff which may not need that amount of budget, then manager approval is most of the cases is enough. Now it all depends on your business.
So here we created a workflow where we will see that how some of the conditions and stuff works. So while manager approval it is pending on manager manager rejected or it can go into procurement and it can also go into finance. Now the when a person can move it to finance so we can actually define conditions for them in each and every stage transition and can put conditions that unless and until that condition is met, it can be moved to the certain stage.
So you can see here that if a manager approval task is completed, so we have option, it is completed or not completed, you can even define and change these things. So visually, also, you can see the effect that all of the conditions work. It is on and condition or so now we want that a manager approval must be completed. And also we have a full value here in the task, which is an estimated value of the item you want to purchase.
Now, if it is greater than a thousand dollars, then only it can be moved to finance, even if it cannot be possible to move to finance. So we have a lot of conditions which you can check, and those conditions must be fulfilled before you can move something to finance. Also, I will show you the very same time how the automation works and good flow and we will actually see around these conditions itself. So automation of trigger is a have three components.
One is origin that when it will happen, now we have that three sections that either a trigger can happen on completion of a task or a task or changing of a field that. So suppose that you were conducting an interview and you’re managing candidate lifecycle with good flow. Now, if intelligence data is changed, you want the already available interviewers and also maybe the candidate to send an automated email with that specific information. So in that kind of gives us the changing of a field value comes very much, candy.
So in this case, we are sending us the origin on completion of a task and also we are making sure the these conditions have been met. So this is the same condition we showed you earlier. But there we are implementing a compliance. But here we are making the automation so that the very same conditions are made in the geographic. We are defining that it will move. To spending unfinanced automatically, so whenever a manager, when they have to do the task is done and it’s OK, no other further intervention is required from the members perspective, automatically this thing will happen.
Now, if you also want that at this point of time, something else will happen, supposedly one. Way to fire too early for a third party applications that you already did, maybe to which you managing vendors or you are checking something different. So at this point of time, you can actually define the request. Well, here you can define that. We want to send you can put directly the distance while you can just put up in the value, suppose the item name or something.
And you can also put the field idea from where the value will be taken and will be sent to the API. So you can just put them here and display all the other necessary information that can also be done. Now, once you put it, you just have to mark object. Now we will see another. Automation, which we have here. So in the same way, we also mentioned the origin and the conditions there and in that regard, if we put it as an email.
So you can already see here. That I applied manager’s email here. So how it is done? I am distributing information and I am just taking information from you and automatically when this trigger will be fired, it will take the manager’s emails field from the task itself and it will send the email to manager directly. Now, you can put this and also it is possible that you can put an email like this hardcoded from the beginning, OK? And if you put it, it can go into a specific email like that itself, which just may to be inside the task.
Now, as you can see here, that in the rich field there to some of the things that some of the things can happen, so these fields are actually coming from. The task itself, and you can see for that how it is happening, so these is are dealing will go that. I need a party’s reckless spending at you in for approval. And the estimated value of the item is these. And it is looking to be. And also, we added another effect here, you can see that it will automatically move to the stage spending for manager approval.
Now you can delete a trigger and the handle on the trigger effect from here if you want, and you can delete it from the point of section. Now, I will go through some specific different advantages that go through your head and how you can actually use it. I already covered some of the things like process guidance on this type of dynamic automations. Now, there is also some of the things, if you can see. So I’ve already shown you that some of the things come through, all the stages are considered, the color coded that we put it here.
You can even see on the multi select options and how they work. OK. And also in some of the sections, you know. That how if you use a color against a. Specific on section like a drop down, how it comes up. Now, I showed you at that point of time, if we can remember that I find myself and also could I do that? You know how things work if a task is assigned to you or any of your team members.
And also our due date has been given. You can see the task has been do so. These are the items which already do. And you can see that for each of the locations they are due and the stages they are in. And the same way we just did it today. And what is the amount of Vieuxtemps and you can see that here to. Now, once a work crew is moving, would all of us would like to see that how they are performing?
So for that, we have reports morning. The report is also very simple and very easy, the way we created workflows. So I am giving a name here. I am going to look into the open leap’s. And I am choosing the Leafs management workflow for that so that I could make a coming from there. I want to see that our style isn’t featured and obviously the number of performance metrics here. And I want to see the items on the leaves which are in the gathering pace, the financial discussing phase and in follow up stage.
And I just ended up getting so the ratings was actually can switch between all the reports anytime you like. OK, and you can put additional conditional filters over here on just like we don’t use Winnaleah, that which has been filled up, which has been completed or not completed, and you can put any conditions over them. You can put which have members or not. And whatever you will do, it will be reflected here. And if I suppose they add more stages, you can see that it just gets updated here and you can see the number of the stages and how it is coming now as an admin or as a part of a workflow member you would like to see on that, which are the recent forms which are going on.
So if you click on performs and at a glance you stand the whole thing to each workflows individually, that right now who is working on which perform and which is in a workflow? And if you’d like to go into that information readily, you can just click on it and you come here directly. Also, we have options called comments, so if you have something in your mind, you might want to keep track of the note or do you want to share it with your team members, that also they can take a look at it.

So. I am this is the pretty much the basics of the good flow. Now I will also show you some of the additional fields. Also, if you can remember in the initial before starting the webinar, I knew that how you can add members to your workspace now also showing you that, how you can add members to your workflow. So you just go inside the workflow. Now, if you are admin already and you created the workflow first or even have the privilege provided separately, you can add a member from here.
Now, all the members which will come here, it’s still there must be part of your workflow first. Now all of a good flow.
There are two lives so that you can just over on it and you can see what the sections do for this section. We have a very interesting thing regarding the permissions. So if a person is Performa, they can only see their own data they either collected or they has been added as an. If there’s a lot of work, they can see the data, all the of the all the data on the performance which are inside this workflow, and we all know what an admin does.
So this is pretty much the sections now we have another interesting thing, you’ve already shown that the introduction for which we created with a few fields for each and every workflow which can be customized. Now, if you want to capture data right now, maybe from your website or you want to add integrative form in your mobile app and you want to get the customer feedback from the body and you want to process it in good flow so you can easily integrated via API.
We have a documentation for it if you just ask. It was provided. And so actually via API tokens, you can generate your own API, OK. So this is a very secretive process, as you can see, and you can define that through that API key and the secret key which workflows can be accessed or not, you can revoke or delete and also modify them as required. So what will happen then? From the introduction from a force for leaves, if this information by name, email and feedback or requirement that information from your own Web form will come into good flow and the performance will be created automatically, and then your team can start working on it any.

Good flow to add to reports. For example, I want to know how many phone calls were made and received by a rep on a particular day.

Yes, you can make it. We do it. We have a numerical field also. Now, you cannot you can just add as they showed you the data field over there. So if you can put that, OK, value of the data field is more than 10 or 20. Suppose the list performs that where someone and that has members. So someone made more than 20 calls. So you just have to keep it like that. And then 20 and automatically you will see that how many homes you worked on.
And also, I’m going to show you share my screen once again. I think it will be pretty much better if you can see it from here. Also, apart from filter by stage, we have an advanced filter over here. So rather than going into the reporting module for that glass, you can actually shorted by created by who are having which members and you can put more options over here. The way I just shown you suppose that a field is there, which is a numerical field and you can see which is greater than.
And of which no self-pity can also do the very same thing from here.

OK. And. So let me show you again. Something. So this is about documentation, if you can see that the EPA in point has been given here and you have to just pass the EPA security as an order and in the body, you can pass your ID and the data that is a field ID and the value will be automatically taken from your phone and will be passed into good flow.
Now, what are these fields and how you are going to get it? So if you go into this zone in the lead. Settings and if you your introduction form is in. So if you click on it, you can see that there’s a different I.D. over here that is customer and her name, customer, and that’s for email. So all you have to do is put that idea over here and the value will be sent via your friends from your website.
And if you pass it over here, what will happen? No one will have to fill up this form manually. Rather, this form will be filled up automatically to that API and your team will already readily on it. Awesome. Thank you. All right, so we don’t have any other questions here right now, I want to give simoleons a chance to send those in if they have any more. We did get some questions that have already been answered by your team member, but they ask about how do we use this for from a customer facing form, such as a user filling out a request for work in order to get the request into the flow.

Yes, we have Zamfir integration in our road map, as mentioned also in the state, but right now it is not available. But you can pass the data to other Third-Party softwares via Facebook and automation’s, which already has in that.
Great. All right Karius. I create standard operating procedures to have my team work from their daily job tasks. And. So if I can understand this properly, so it means that. Look, good flow is actually you have standard operating procedures, if we just created that is the purpose of creating a workflow and of course, you can assign them tasks. Now, these are not any typical tasks that every manage through intensive management platform. But obviously, if you want also want to do that, you can just create a simple workflow that what is the task with task, name, description and what need to be done and the way it is done, all are rejected or something like that.
And you can actually just start that work. You can put their tax records, descriptions and assign your team members so that we can work on it, but so it can be managed in that we also and also, as we already know, that typical long operating procedures and even the task inside it can be assigned and managed. Yes, obviously, it only depends on how you want to work. So in good flow, we have two or three different ways that you can handle it. You can either create different workspaces for different agencies. So this is this will be one way of doing work. Now, we don’t recommend it unless you really want to pop into different, different workspaces. And again, going inside the and work on it. But if you need it, you can do it.
And also you can create different workflows for different agencies, if you’d like. That can be another mode of work. And because I can understand that multiple people from multiple teams can actually join in site and all that can be another thing that if you want one single people to or a single workflow to be adopted across all different agencies, then only you have to tweak the permission in the workflow member and you can do that from there. So only thing that you have to see which is more suitable for your business and your way of work and any time we have provisions so that you can change your way of work and.
