How to Use EasySite AI: A Complete Walkthrough for First-Time Users

EasySite AI is a website builder designed to simplify website and app creation using artificial intelligence. No coding knowledge required.

The platform lets you chat with an AI assistant and describe what you want your site to look like. The AI then generates it for you.

This makes it a practical option for marketers, agencies, solopreneurs, and business owners who need a website built quickly without getting into the technical weeds.

Key Features at a Glance

Before we get into the how-to, here’s a quick rundown of what EasySite AI offers:

  • AI-powered website creation from a single prompt
  • Smart copy and design recommendations generated automatically
  • Ready-to-edit templates if you prefer not starting from scratch
  • Visual drag-and-drop builder for manual adjustments
  • Built-in AI chatbots, lead capture forms, and sales automations
  • SEO optimization tools and an analytics dashboard
  • Multi-language support for both the AI chat and the generated output
  • Integrations with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, Facebook Pixel, and Intercom

Getting Started: Initial Setup

Once you sign up and log in, you’ll see a pop-up that asks a few onboarding questions. These help the platform understand your context.

The questions include your role (content creator, founder, freelancer, etc.), your workplace type, your experience level with AI and no-code tools, who you’re building for, what you’re looking to achieve, and how you found EasySite.

After completing the questionnaire, you land on the dashboard. The interface is clean and the UX feels intuitive.

Three Ways to Create a Website

From the dashboard, you’ll notice a text box where you can type your prompt. But that’s not the only way to build your site.

EasySite AI gives you three methods to create a website:

  1. Prompt-based creation: Type what you want and let the AI build it.
  2. Image upload: Upload a screenshot or design mockup, and the AI will generate a functional, responsive site based on that image.
  3. Website cloning: Paste a URL and clone an existing website’s structure.

Creating a Website from a Prompt

For this walkthrough, I tested the prompt-based approach.

I typed: “Create a website for me that functions as an affiliate marketing website. There should be a prominent hero area in the home page as well as sections for featured products, testimonials, and blogs.”

After clicking “Generate my website,” the AI got to work. It took about five minutes for the home page to be generated.

The output included a hero section, featured products, testimonials, and a blog section—exactly what I asked for. The design looked modern and responsive. The copy was placeholder content, but it was coherent and easy to replace.

After the site was generated, EasySite AI asked if I wanted to enable a database. I went with the built-in EasySite database, though options for Supabase and custom databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL) are also available.

Editing Your Site

Using AI Prompts for Edits

In the chat interface, you’ll see your AI-generated website on the right side. Near the top right corner, there are buttons that let you view the site in full screen, select elements to modify, and make AI-assisted changes.

For example, I selected the testimonial cards and typed: “Make the background of all the testimonial cards the same as the background color of the hero area.”

The AI processed the request and updated the design accordingly. One thing to note: this edit took about three to five minutes. If you’re making multiple element-level changes, expect each one to take a few minutes.

Manual Editing

Beyond AI prompts, you can also manually tweak your site. There’s a button that lets you hover over different elements and edit them directly.

When you select an element, you can adjust margins, paddings, background colors, border radius, and even set a background image. For text elements, you can change font size, font weight, color, and alignment.

The drag-and-drop feature is available in Dev Mode. Select an element, enable “Drag Mode” in the element settings, and you can move it around the page.

Mobile Preview

You can preview your site on mobile directly from the editor. The site I generated looked good on mobile—responsive and well-formatted.

Adding More Pages

I tested whether EasySite AI could handle multi-page websites by asking it to create a product page.

I prompted: “Create a product page for my affiliate marketing website. Have a sidebar on the left where users can choose different product categories (Electronics, Fashion, Home and Living, Fitness). Let users filter results and have a search bar.”

The AI created the page in about three minutes. The layout included the sidebar, product categories, and a search bar.

However, there were some consistency issues. The navigation bar and footer from the home page didn’t carry over automatically. The product page was missing these elements, and the navigation links on the home page didn’t automatically point to the new product page.

To find your pages, look near the top of the manual edit button. You’ll see a dropdown that lists all the pages you’ve created.

Project Settings and Features

Clicking the Project Admin button opens a dashboard with several useful features.

Analytics Dashboard

You get basic analytics including total page views, unique visitors, traffic trends, visitor operating systems, devices, referrers, and locations.

Database Management

The database section shows tables for users, roles, and products. You can batch upload data, import templates, and set unique keys.

Additional Settings

Other settings include project configuration (name, visibility), permissions and roles, custom prompt rules, knowledge base for context, custom domains, chatbot enablement, webhooks, SEO settings, email capabilities, Stripe integration (one-time or subscription payments), and third-party integrations (Google login, Facebook login, Google Maps, Three.js).

Code Access

If you want to edit the code directly, there’s a section where you can view and modify the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.

Media Library

In project settings under Assets, you can add and manage files for your website.

Publishing Your Website

When you’re ready to go live, click the Publish button in the top right corner. You can choose from several hosting options: EasySite hosting, Hostinger, WordPress, Netlify, or local files.

If you go with EasySite hosting, you get a custom subdomain immediately. You can also set up your own custom domain.

The EasySite hosting option includes free hosting with unlimited pages.

AI Model Options

EasySite AI lets you choose from different AI models: GPT-5, Claude 2.7, Claude 4, Claude 4.5, and Gemini 2.

Who Is This For?

Based on my testing, EasySite AI works well for:

  1. Service businesses needing a quick website
  2. Agencies managing multiple client sites
  3. Local business promotions
  4. Portfolio sites and landing pages
  5. Prototypes and MVPs for startups
  6. Advanced users looking to generate Android apps

Pros and Cons

What Works Well

  1. Speed: The home page took about five minutes; the product page took around three minutes.
  2. No coding required: You describe what you want, and the AI builds it.
  3. Ease of use: If you can use ChatGPT or any AI chat tool, you can use EasySite AI.
  4. Built-in tools: SEO settings, integrations, databases, and analytics are included.

What Needs Improvement

  1. Page consistency: Creating multiple pages doesn’t automatically maintain consistent navigation, headers, or footers. You’ll need to prompt the AI to fix these.
  2. Edit times: Each AI-assisted edit takes three to five minutes, which adds up if you’re making many changes.
  3. Manual editing limitations: Some changes (like switching an H2 to an H1) require AI prompts rather than direct manual edits.
  4. Link management: Navigation links don’t auto-update when you add new pages. You’ll need to manually request the AI to add them.

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific in your prompts. The more detail you provide about layout, sections, and functionality, the closer the output will match your vision.
  • Batch your edits. If you have multiple changes, try to include them in a single prompt to save time.
  • Check consistency manually after creating additional pages. Verify that navigation and footer links work as expected.

Support and Refund Policy

EasySite AI offers chat support. There’s likely a community as well, though the specific platform wasn’t immediately visible during my testing.

The refund policy offers a 14-day window.

Final Verdict

I’d give EasySite AI a 7 out of 10.

The speed and automation are genuinely helpful. Building a website by simply describing what you want is convenient, especially for non-technical users.

However, the editing process can feel tedious. Some simple changes that should take seconds require AI prompts that take minutes. The inconsistency across pages means extra work to get everything aligned.

If you go in with realistic expectations—understanding that you’ll get a solid starting point but will need to refine things through prompts—EasySite AI can save you significant time compared to building from scratch.

For those considering the lifetime deal, it’s a capable tool with room for improvement. Just make sure your prompts are clear and detailed to get the most out of it.
